FruitBushes is operated from 22417 Stick Ross Mountain Rd, Tahlequah, Oklahoma 74464. Throughout these terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to FruitBushes. "You" refers to the customer or site visitor.
Orders and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept payment through the methods displayed at checkout. Placing an order on our site is an offer to buy; it becomes a binding sale once we accept your order and ship the plants. We reserve the right to cancel any order before shipping if we discover an error in pricing, an availability issue, or any reason to believe the order is fraudulent. If we cancel your order, we'll refund the full amount.
Plant quality and guarantee
We back every plant with an Arrive-Alive guarantee and a 90-day warranty. The full terms are on our Returns & Guarantee page. The guarantee is our sole remedy for plant condition or performance. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including lost time, gardening labor, or other plants nearby.
Shipping
Shipping policies, rates, and timelines are described on our Shipping page. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or events outside our control once a package is in carrier custody.
Pricing and availability
We try to keep prices and inventory accurate, but errors happen. If we list a price or stock level incorrectly, we reserve the right to correct it before fulfilling an order. We'll always contact you before charging or shipping if a correction affects your order.
Use of this site
You may browse and use our site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, copy, or republish our product descriptions, photos, or other content without permission. Reposting our pricing for a competing storefront is a violation of these terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, photographs, logos, and product descriptions, is owned by FruitBushes and protected by copyright. You may share product links and reference our content for legitimate, non-commercial purposes (a blog post, a forum recommendation, a community garden page) without asking, as long as you credit us with a link back. For commercial reuse, contact us first.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or your order is limited to the amount you paid for the plants in question. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cherokee County, Oklahoma.

We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
