Shipping/Delivery Errors or Damage; Missing, Damaged, or Unsatisfactory Product
At fruitbushes.com, we strive to ensure every order is shipped correctly and arrives in excellent condition. Your trees and plants should be ready to plant upon arrival. If your order is missing items, includes damaged goods, or arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your shipment. We’ll make it right by providing a free one-time replacement.
Please note that some trees and plants are shipped dormant without foliage. Dormant plants are less prone to transplant shock and tend to have higher survival rates. If you’re unsure about the condition of your plant, contact us—we’re happy to help.
In cases where a replacement is not available at the time you report an issue, we’ll offer you one of the following options:
- An account credit equal to the full purchase price of the item (valid for 18 months from the issue date), or
- A refund for the full purchase price of the item.
1-Year Survival Guarantee
fruitbushes.com is committed to offering high-quality fruit trees and plants. If your plants do not survive within one year of delivery, we will send you a free one-time replacement, with a shipping fee of $9.99.
If the plant is no longer available, we will issue either:
- A merchandise credit for 100% of the product’s original purchase price (valid for 18 months), or
- A full refund for the item.
To verify the issue, we require photo evidence showing the condition of the plant and confirmation that you performed a “scratch test” (to check for signs of life beneath the bark). Once your photos are reviewed and approved, we’ll issue your credit or arrange a replacement.

Orders with Multiple Shipments
For orders shipped in multiple deliveries, this policy applies individually to each shipment. You have:
- 14 days from the delivery date of each shipment to report any order or delivery problems.
- 1 year from the delivery date of each shipment to request a replacement under our survival guarantee.
