Delivery
We pride ourselves on getting your bare root fruit bushes packed and on their way quickly. Most orders are processed and dropped off at the USPS within 24 hours of purchase. During peak times, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances, handling may take up to 48 hours. If for any reason your order is delayed beyond that, we’ll contact you directly to keep you updated.
All packages are shipped via USPS, and tracking information will be provided once your order has been scanned in by the carrier.
Returns
Due to the nature of live plants, return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Bare root fruit bushes are perishable and can quickly become unviable if left exposed or not planted promptly. We cannot accept responsibility for plants once they’ve left our care, including how they are handled, stored, or planted after arrival.
To request a return, please reach out to us within the 24-hour window and include photos if there are any concerns with your order. We want you to be happy with your purchase and will always do our best to work with you if there’s an issue.
