Shipping Information

We typically use UPS and USPS. For large heavy orders, USPS ground is often used.

If you’d prefer to use UPS, leave a note on your order comments or contact us after placing the order.

Lost

If the USPS loses your package, we will replace it for you.

Stolen

However, if tracking says delivered we can’t be responsible for lost packages or packages that may have been stolen off your porch.

Delayed

We deal with this on a case by case. Our plants are usually shipped with enough moisture to last a week or so safely. Size of order and weather conditions can also come into play.

If your order is delayed, make sure you check their moisture levels as quickly as possible. If they are dry, let them soak in some water for a bit and let them get rehydrated.

So for most of our orders, we use a 12″ x 4″ x 4″ box. Depending on order size, we sometimes use 12″ x 2″ x 2″ boxes.

Within the box, your plant’s roots are rolled in wet paper towels and placed in a small sack.

Then, packing paper is added to the box to keep the plants from bouncing around during transit.

Payment Information

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, bank wires, PayPal, CashApp, and Venmo.

Yes, your payment information is secure. We use Stripe which is a world renowned payment processor.

Yes, you can apply a coupon code during the checkout process. Simply enter the code in the designated field.
If your payment fails, you will be notified and given the option to try again or choose a different payment method. Please ensure that your payment information is correct and that you have sufficient funds in your account.
Returns

We offer a 30 day return policy. You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. We are not responsible for return shipping costs for issues that are out of our control.

To return an item, please reach out using the contact form and provide us with your name, email, date the order was made, and details of the issue you have with your plants.
